So – you might recall from this comic that my recent experience with doggy day-care led me to believe that it is nothing but a giant scam. The events depicted in today’s comic merely confirm it. Not only do they not care how wretched your dog might be, they then lie to you about what actually happens during the day, with the end goal being to coerce you to bring your dog back more frequently because they “have fun.”
Dirty rotten thieves – that’s what I say. Of course, my wife ate up their ‘report card’ and was so ‘proud’ that they earned an ‘A+’ – I could only shake my head in shame.
Things like this make me want to get an iPad, for no other reason than to experience it as a gaming platform. But, then I am reminded that I already play games on about six different machines already and I don’t really have time for another one. Then again, I could probably shave an hour off of my normal sleep routine…
